Julianne Natoli is a visionary entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in operational management and recruiting. Her journey in the business world has been marked by a relentless drive to identify opportunities and create innovative solutions. In August of 2023, Julianne took a bold step forward by founding RMP Security to address the pressing need for reliable and mobile security patrols in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market.

Julianne's extensive experience in managing various businesses laid a solid foundation for her venture into the security industry. Her keen understanding of operational dynamics and talent acquisition proved instrumental in establishing RMP Security as a frontrunner in the region's security sector.

Recognizing the evolving demands of the market, Julianne strategically positioned RMP Security as a provider of flexible and responsive security solutions. By offering mobile security patrols, Julianne tapped into an underserved niche, providing businesses and communities with a proactive approach to safeguarding their assets and ensuring peace of mind.

Julianne holds a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Sacramento in Hospitality and Recreation Marketing Operations. 

Robert Natoli  is a board-certified security professional and subject  matter expert. In addition to working for multiple private security  companies both in California and Texas, Robert served as the Senior  Safety and Security Analyst for the California Governor’s Office of  Emergency Services providing security assessments for government  facilities across the State of California. Robert began his security  career in 2009 working for the California State University, Sacramento  police department as a community service officer. Since then, he has  worked through the ranks of security including working as a uniformed  guard, patrol driver, armed security officer, operations manager,  director of operations, business development manager and as vice president of operations. In September of 2023 Robert joined Julianne's team at RMP security as the President. 

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from  California State University, Sacramento and has achieved the world-renowned Triple  Crown from ASIS International (Certified Protection Professional, Physical Security Professional, and Professional Certified Investigator. In addition to the Triple Crown, Robert  has been board certified by the National Institute of Crime Prevention  for his knowledge of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design  (CPTED). The CPTED Professional Designation by the NICP is achieved  through 64 hours of instruction, passing multiple written tests, as well  as completing multiple field assessments. Through this training, Robert  is certified to provide physical security assessments for properties  including high rise commercial properties, industrial properties, K-12  schools, corporate headquarters, government facilities, etc.   Robert has  consulted with numerous businesses, nonprofits, schools, and government  facilities to provide his security expertise with lighting, camera  placement, perimeter security, and security policies and emergency  management.
